  • Coordinate health & safety inductions for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring all safety protocols are communicated effectively.

  • Collaborate with site managers, supervisors, and external safety consultants to address health and safety matters and maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a health & safety or administrative role (experience within construction / manufacturing is preferred).
  • Experience of using hand tools on previous jobs

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (or willingness to work towards).
  • Prior experience within structural steel, construction, or engineering environments is highly advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible part-time hours with potential to transition to full-time employment as the business expands.
  • Support for ongoing training and professional development.
  • An opportunity to grow within a well-established, dynamic structural steel company.
