£22 per hour CIS
Ongoing contract – long term (potential permanent)

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Joiner to join their team in Rochdale. This is a great opportunity for consistent, long-term work with the potential to go permanent.

Joiner Duties:

• Reactive and planned maintenance in tenanted domestic properties
• Carrying out a variety of joinery repairs and installations
• Working across Rochdale and surrounding areas

Joiner Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience within social housing (preferred)
• Own vehicle and tools (a van may be provided – clean driving licence desirable)
