Job Title: Plumber (Multi-Skilled)
Location: Stockport
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Contract: Long-term temporary (6+ months)
Start: Immediate
Our client, a leading Social Housing provider, is seeking a time served Plumber to work on domestic properties across the Stockport area.
Plumber Key Requirements:
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
- Basic skills in plastering and tiling (preferred)
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance and repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 points)
Plumber Role Overview:
You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs across domestic properties within the borough. Multi-trade skills such as plastering and tiling will be advantageous.
