Joiner – Social Housing
Rochdale and Surrounding Areas
£22.00 per hour | Immediate Start | 3+ Months Work

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking to recruit an experienced Joiner for ongoing work across Rochdale and surrounding areas.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity working on both tenanted and void properties carrying out reactive and planned maintenance joinery works.

Joiner Duties Include:

• Fitting windows and doors
• Installing skirting boards and architraves
• General joinery repairs and maintenance
• Working in occupied and void social housing properties
• Completing all aspects of domestic joinery work

Joiner Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Joiner
• Social housing or domestic maintenance experience preferred
• Own tools and vehicle required
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable and professional attitude
