Administrator – Temporary
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.30 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Rochdale on a temporary basis. You will provide essential administrative support during a busy period, ensuring smooth operations across the team.

Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update information accurately on internal systems
  • Take inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Update and track order details in the system
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding order status
  • Maintain and update paperwork
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Administrator Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
