We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a fantastic company based in Rochdale.

Take the lead in a dynamic and growing company as a Warehouse Team Leader! Play a key role in optimising warehouse operations, leading a fantastic team, and ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management.

Your Role:

• Lead a skilled team, ensuring smooth daily operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Motivate and coach your team, driving performance and fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective control measures.
• Promote a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment, always adhering to safety protocols.
• Champion process improvements and best practices to optimise warehouse efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP, Epicor).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A focus on safety and efficiency, with a hands-on approach to improving operations.
