Production & Manufacturing Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in the production process, supporting the assembly, preparation, and finishing of products to high-quality standards.

This opportunity offers immediate starts, a clean and organised working environment, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and bond components in line with manufacturing specifications
• Prepare materials, including sanding, finishing, and quality checking
• Support production lines and team members to meet daily output targets
• Carry out general factory and production duties as required
• Adhere strictly to health & safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
