Painter & Decorator – Social Housing (Bathrooms)

💰 Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour
🕒 Short-Term Contract – Approx. 2–3 Weeks
We’re currently looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to assist with a short-term project within social housing properties in the Accrington area. This role involves working predominantly on bathroom refurbishments, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.
The Role:

Painting and decorating bathrooms within occupied and void social housing properties

Preparing and finishing surfaces to a high standard (including filling, sanding, and gloss/undercoat work)

Working efficiently to complete multiple properties within tight deadlines

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator (social housing experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship

CSCS Card (desirable but not essential)

Own tools and transport preferred

Available for an immediate start
