We are seeking a qualified and experienced Roofer to join a leading property maintenance team, delivering essential reactive repairs and ongoing maintenance services across social housing properties in Rochdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced roofer to contribute to a dynamic team with a strong reputation for quality and service. You will be responsible for carrying out high-standard roofing repairs while ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols.

Roofer Responsibilities:

  • Reactive Roofing Repairs: Respond to and carry out essential repairs across social housing properties in Rochdale.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Work independently and as part of a multi-trade team to deliver high-quality repairs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
  • Professional Standards: Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional and tidy standard.

Essential Roofer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent qualification)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven roofing experience, preferably in social housing or property maintenance
  • Comfortable working at height and fully compliant with Health & Safety standards
  • Immediate availability for work
