3 x Customer Service Advisors Required in Rochdale - OUT OF HOURS
Rate - £10.45
2 x PT 9am- 5pm Saturday & Sunday
1 x PT 5pm to 1am Saturday & Sunday
The role will involve taking inbound telephone queries related to issues on the roads/highways for one of the UK's largest County Councils.
Previous experience of working in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role is essential for the role.
- Have prior experience in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role
- Are able to stay calm under pressure
- Computer literate
- Can learn and deliver new services
- Can handle a wide range of queries in a contact centre environment
