Due to continued growth and inward investment in their site in Rochdale, they require additional Customer Service staff to join their team on a permanent basis over the coming weeks and months (this is NOT a sales role)

You will have worked in a collections based role and/or Customer Service based role, have excellent communication and negotiating skills. You must able to anticipate customers needs and resolve sensitive problems fairly and professionally using empathy and have a commitment to provide excellent Customer Service. You will have a positive attitude, be a focused target-driven individual and have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and progress.

Skills and Experience
- FCA Knowledge would be an advantage
- Proficient in modern computer applications

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
- Customer service experience
- Good data entry and keyboard skills
- Verbal and written communication skills

A good basic salary of £16,500.00 to £18,000.00 with a structured monthly bonus scheme available (realistic OTE of £21,800.00+).
